By Jana Riess and Christopher Kimball Bigelow

"Written in a refreshing style that won't confuse members of other faiths, this book presents what may be one of the best overall views of the LDS faith out there. For LDS readers, it can serve as a catalyst to examine personal beliefs and practices. For prospective full-time LDS missionaries, this would be a nice book to cram with."
—Lynn Arave, Deseret Morning News

"I found this book an easily approachable, ready source of straight answers, which aren't always easy to tease out of people deeply committed to their faith, who want to portray it as positively as possible. The authors address the many nuances of LDS thought honestly and straightforwardly."
—Pastor Paul Olsen
